Terms and conditions relating to the purchase of tickets
Payment methods:
You can purchase your tickets with a VISA or Mastercard credit card. American Express, VISA, and Mastercard debit cards are not accepted. If you don’t have a credit card, you can purchase a prepaid credit card and use that to make the purchase.
Beware of fraud:
Tickets for the Volaria Airshow can only be purchased through the volaria.ca website. Any other website address may be fraudulent. If an order is deemed suspicious or fraudulent and we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.
Price and availability:
Please note that the price and the number of tickets available are subject to change without notice.
Confirmation of orders:
If you do not receive a confirmation email within minutes of your online purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure that your order has been processed. First, check your spam folder. If you still do not receive the confirmation, contact our customer service.
Service charge:
The sale of our tickets is subject to a service fee which will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Limit of the number of tickets per order:
When purchasing tickets on our website, you will find a limit of 20 tickets per order. This policy is intended to discourage fraudulent ticket purchasing practices. Please contact our customer service department to purchase a batch of 20 or more tickets.
Refund, transfer and exchange:
All purchases are final and no tickets are refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
The identity of performers and artists attending the event is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Therefore, no refunds will be granted following a change in the program.
The event will take place rain or shine, except in the event of extreme and dangerous weather conditions. No refunds will be granted due to weather.
The festival dates and times are subject to change. In the event that the festival is postponed, the ticket holder may choose to exchange their ticket for a comparable ticket eligible for the next festival or choose to receive the value of the ticket in the form of a gift card applicable only to the festival ticketing. Please note that all service and organization fees will be excluded from the value of the gift card.
A full refund will only be issued in the event that the festival is canceled and without a rescheduled date.
A ticket cannot be transferred to another individual. If you wish to exchange a general admission ticket for a premium admission ticket, for example, please contact our customer service team.
In summary, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be granted following the modification or postponement of the festival.
Terms and conditions relating to security and personal information
Limitation of liability:
Although everyone’s safety is our team’s priority, the Volaria Airshow cannot be held responsible for any injuries occurring on site.
Covid-19 Warning:
There is always a risk of exposure to Covid-19 at gatherings. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to serious health problems and death. You assume all risks and dangers arising out of or in any way connected with the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other disease, bacteria, virus, or other pathogen that may cause a contagious disease), whether before, during, or after the event, regardless of the cause or means of contamination, and hereby waive all claims and potential claims relating to such risks.
Expulsion:
The Volaria Airshow team reserves the right to refuse admission or expel any individual whose conduct may be deemed dangerous, threatening, disorderly, or abusive, without refund. All individuals present on the event site must respect the rules established by the organizer.
Recording, transmission and presentation:
The Volaria Airshow is a public event attended by a wide range of media outlets. By accepting these terms, you grant permission to these media outlets and to the Volaria Airshow to broadcast images, audio, and video in which you may appear.
Probable search:
By accepting these conditions, you agree that a search may be carried out at the entrance to the site and waive any claims that may arise.
